CVyolla.com is career web site meeting the job searchers with the employers. It works in a different manner from the other career web sites. No need to apply for each announcement one by one. So no time lost! CVyolla.com distributes the CV's and Cover Letters of the candidates to the companies in the database.

How does it work?
The candidates choose the companies based on their sectors and their locations. After that, CVyolla.com sends these candidates' CV's and Cover Letters to the companies that have been chosen by the candidates.

About TGM Human Resources
TGM Human Resources gives HR Recruitment Consulting in Turkey since 2006. Works with the permission document (document number 311) given by Turkish Employment Agency. Gives upport in hiring white-collar, blue-collar and executive employees.

How does it work?
Asks the search criteria of the employees from the company. Creates a job posting. Collects the candidates' resumes. After an elimination, finds out the appropriate CV's and interviews with them. After the interview and personality inventory tests, selects the best candidates. Shares those selected CV's with the company. The company's human resources responsible gives the final decision whether to hire one of those candidates or not.
